The living room is cosily furnished and offers a sofa bed with separate mattress and slatted frame, which provides a sleeping area of 140 x 200 cm - perfect for additional guests. An armchair invites you to relax, while the Smart TV and radio with CD player provide entertainment.

Dining area:
The dining area in the living room offers space for up to 4 people, perfect for sociable meals or games evenings.

Bedroom:
The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with single toppers and reading lights for relaxing evenings with a good book. A large wardrobe and chest of drawers offer plenty of storage space for your clothes and personal belongings.

Kitchen:
The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, toaster and coffee machine - everything you need to prepare your favourite dishes.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a modern round shower with raised access for added comfort. In addition to the toilet and washbasin, there is a practical cleaning cupboard and an infrared mirror heater for cosy warmth after showering.

Further information:
The flat is a non-smoking accommodation and allows a maximum of 2 dogs. The fuse box is located in the hallway for easy access. Wi-Fi is not available in the flat.

A parking space is available directly at the house, so you can park your car comfortably. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available for general use to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Please note that a beach chair is not available. A lift is available, but it is not barrier-free as it can be reached via stairs. The lift goes up to the 5th floor in the house.
