Spacious house near Campanhã train station that is ready to comfortably accommodate 13 people.


The street that leads to the house is under construction until January 2023.


There are 7 bedrooms and they are divided into two floors, three with double beds, another with two single beds, two with bunk beds and finally one with a single bed. All the bedrooms have comfortable mattresses and pillows so that you can rest and enjoy a good night's sleep.


There are 2 bathrooms complete with shower, one on each floor and a service bathroom on the ground floor.


The living room is equipped with a sofa and a dining table, as well as a large television, and is the natural space for socialising, as it provides the necessary conditions to bring together all those staying in the house.


The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, hob/oven and all the necessary utensils, even for longer stays.


There is also a large terrace with a removable cover, which makes the space suitable for summer and winter too. Finally, adjacent to the terrace, there is another large living room with a dining table and another kitchen where you can cook, eat and socialise.


The house has Wi-Fi, cable TV, air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. Bed linen and towels are provided, as well as toiletries.
