Welcome to this cozy top-floor corner apartment with sea view just 350 meters from the water equipped with all the comforts you need. It is practically furnished and suitable for both short and long stays. You will love the positive energy!

The long stretched white sandy beach is nearby and easily accessible with the charming fishing boats providing service throughout the day. The pier is located only 350 metres from the apartment.

In the vicinity, you'll find a supermarket (400 meters away) and for extensive shopping you can visit Tavira, located 6 kilometers away (a 9-minute drive by car). If you'd rather use public transportation, the bus stop is 500 mtrs. away, the cute train station only 1000 mtrs. A complimentary private parking space in the garage under the building is included.

Access

To access the apartment you get a 4 digit code to be entered in a black box hanging next to the front entrance door. More information is provided close to your date of arrival.

A few house rules and recommendations

• No pets allowed
• No smoking or drug use.
• No loud parties.
• After 9:00 PM, please lower your voice on the terrace to respect the neighbors
• Dispose of your garbage frequently to avoid unpleasant odors. There are containers (for glass and cardboard waste) in front of the building.
• Respect the environment and use electronic devices consciously. Turn off the air conditioning every time you leave the house, and keep the doors closed when it's in use. • Always leave the key in the safety box when you leave to prevent loss and worries.

Cultural Excursions

In just 10 minutes, you can reach Tavira, a charming city with 38 churches, a Roman bridge, and many Moorish details. The terraces along the river offer plenty of entertainment. You can also visit the salt baths of Castro Marim (23 km) or cross the border into Ayamonte, Spain! Did you know that you can reach Seville in just two hours?

Sports and Spa

The Algarve is a golf lover's paradise with over 8 golf courses around Cabanas, ranging from 9 to 36 holes. Within walking distance of Tavira Mar, you can visit the Golden Club for fitness or a day at the spa. Yoga studios are also nearby. The area is perfect for cycling or hiking, and bike rentals are available nearby.

Dining

Portuguese cuisine is delicious, and we highly recommend trying 'Bacalhau à Bras' (a fish dish) or 'Frango piri piri' (a chicken dish). Along the promenade in Cabanas, you can find various types of restaurants, with some offering live music in the evening.
