Welcome to our new Villa! Villa Nina 2 is a marvellous space that can accommodate up to 9 people. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house has everything you need for your holiday. The villa has a swimming pool that sunbathes all day. It is close to the Marina and within walking distance of beaches such as Praia de S.Rafael, Praia da Coelha and Praia dos Arrifes.


On the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms (2 ensuite) and a family bathroom.

The Villa's garage is used by another person - however it does not interfere with the spaces used by the guests - this person does not have access to any space that the guest has rented.

Our guests have access to all areas of the house. They can still use everything in the house. If they need any objects or appliances or anything more specific, we are ready to help.

The place has a large garden terrace with a table, sun loungers and a swimming pool.

On the ground floor there is a large living room, a bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen has all the cooking facilities - we have pots, pans etc etc - but we don't provide cooking spices, cleaning products or toiletries.

It's an excellent villa with air conditioning, free wi-fi and a private pool.


The complex also has a private car park.


We are asking to pay the electricity bills during LONG-TERM RESERVATIONS OF 25 DAYS OR MORE.


DAMAGE DEPOSIT - Please note that if you are a client under 25 or a party group, you will have to pay a damage deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be returned upon check-out.

This complex is located near the beach, in a quiet area, suitable for tourists and people looking for a retreat from the big cities and a paradise near the beach. The neighbourhood is very quiet, surrounded by tourists and old residents.

It is located 2.5 km from Albufeira's old town.

The villa is in an exclusive area where the noise of the nightlife and urban stress are not enough. There is a grocery store about 10 minutes away where you can buy basic products and essentials for your holiday. There are several recommended restaurants nearby. Albufeira Marina is a 30-minute walk away.

There are a few beaches (S. Rafael and Praia dos Arrifes and Praia da Coelha) that can be reached on foot in less than 10 minutes. It is also close to a large supermarket called "Apolónia". Other, more complete supermarkets can be reached in less than 5 minutes by car.


There is a bus stop less than 15 minutes away that can take you to the city centre or anywhere else in the city. At this stop there is also a tourist bus that takes you past the main sights of our city. There is a taxi rank less than 10 minutes away on foot.

This complex has a private car park.


Additional rules and necessary information


- Please note that if you are a guest under 25, or a group of parties, we ask that you give us a security deposit at check-in of 100 euros per person on the day of your arrival. This payment is made in cash and will be refunded by bank transfer within 1 working week of check-out.


In the event of damage to our property during your stay, we will calculate the amount, find out how to do it in advance and refund the difference.


- Early check-in may be possible if on the day of your arrival we do not have another guest leaving. When there is check-out and check-in on the same day, we have time to prepare the villa for the next guest, and this takes time. We can only confirm early check-in closer to the arrival date, 2/3 days before, together with the check-in information, which will be given via my colleague in the Check-in/Check-out department.

The same applies to late check-out. It is always subject to availability.


- We make it possible for all our guests to increase the number of people in their group when they come to our properties. To do this, we need to add an extra bed, sheets and towels. The price for each extra person is 150 euros per week.


- We are Pet Friendly - you must inform us that you are bringing your pet in advance and there is also a deposit of 150 euros plus an extra cleaning charge (to be calculated based on the type of property).


- Our properties have the necessary bath towels for a balanced holiday, depending on the number of people in the house. If more towels or sheets are needed, we can provide them at an extra cost, upon request.


- We can arrange an airport transfer for you, upon prior request.


- For stays longer than 25 days - usually during the winter season - we ask for payment of the electricity bill (calculated according to the type of property)
