Great location in Grömitz and only approx. 280 metres to the sandy beach and the beautiful spa promenade.
The 2.5-room flat offers enough space for up to 4 people (2 adults and 2 children).
The approx. 45 sqm large holiday flat consists of a brightly furnished living / dining room with access to the south-west balcony as well as a dining area, a sideboard with flat screen TV, a stereo system with CD player and Blue-Ray player.
The open kitchenette offers you everything you need for your holiday in Grömitz.
The bedroom is separated from the living room by a sliding door and has a double bed (2 x 80cm) and a spacious wardrobe. It is an interior bedroom without a window!
The second bedroom consists of a bunk bed for up to 2 children and a storage facility, also interior without a window.
The bathroom with shower and WC is tiled. The rest of the flat has vinyl flooring.
The covered balcony facing south-west has a table with two chairs and two deckchairs including cushions.
A numbered car parking space is reserved for you directly at the house.
In the basement of the house you also have the possibility to park your bicycles.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed in this flat.
Please note that this is a non-smoking domicile and bed linen and towels are NOT included.
