Cancellations up to 5 days before arrival are free of charge, later cancellations will be charged at 90% of the travel price. The host reserves the right to request a deposit and will contact you directly in this regard. The prices quoted do not include the city's culture tax. The culture tax for the city of Erfurt of 5% is payable on site.

House description
You will love your comfortable 60 sqm holiday flat on the ground floor with 2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen with large table and bathroom. Quiet, but still with good transport connections (approx. 12 min to the city centre). Balcony, corner bathtub, wood-burning stove, car park and safe are just some of the feel-good factors for you, and the kitchen was completely renovated in summer 2023. Hiking trails are directly at the property. If required, a complete baby equipment can be provided. We look forward to welcoming you.

Your beautiful, comfortable 3-room holiday flat is the ideal place for you to relax from work or everyday life. For this you have: Kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each, each 200x90 cm (if required we have an extra bed), a living room and a bathroom. This makes a total of just over 60 square metres of living space. There is also a balcony belonging to the flat. All rooms except the bathroom have shutters. The spacious living room is equipped with a wood-burning stove - firewood is provided free of charge, corner couch with armchair and stool, flat screen TV, stereo system, DVD player, dimmable light, etc.. From here you can also access the balcony. Relaxing, a glass of wine, resting, fresh air and a view of the greenery as far as the Thuringian Forest - what could be better? The fitted kitchen has an integrated fridge, freezer, electric hob with oven and dishwasher. There is also a microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, bread slicer... available. As the kitchen is quite spacious, 4 people can comfortably eat there. A high chair is available in the kitchen for the little ones. There is also a complete set of baby/children's equipment. The bathroom is equipped with a corner bath, WC, washbasin and hairdryer. The bath tap is fitted with a thermostatic valve. This minimises the risk of scalding from the hot water, especially for children. Of course, it is also possible to take a quick shower in the bathroom. There is a grocery shop nearby - approx. 1 km away. Fresh bread rolls, drinks, fruit, vegetables, groceries and other products are available there.
