The holiday home has been built in typical Ibizan style and not only offers space for two people, but also a fantastic view over the sea and the evening sunsets.

From the living room, you can access a door which leads to the house’s own terrace, where there is a large table with chairs and an awning that protects you from the midday sun. An outside staircase will take you directly to another two large terraces with a marvellous view in a southerly and westerly direction. The sunsets over the sea are beautiful and you can see them very well from here. There is a cosy sitting area, a small table and a deckchair here. The house also has its own small Mediterranean garden.

The house has a spacious bedroom (17 sqm) with a cosy double bed, two cupboards and the possibility to block out the light, plus a bathroom with shower, washbasin, WC and hairdryer. The kitchen is equipped with a hob, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave, and offers direct access to the living room, which has a small dining table and a small couch. In addition, there is air conditioning, a washing machine and free wi-fi.

Some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, such as "Cala Conta", "Cala D' Hort", "Cala Vadella" and "Cala Bassa" are near the holiday accommodation. The nearest beach is approximately 1 km away. There you will also find restaurants, boutiques and shopping possibilities for your daily needs. Cala Vadella is a quiet place that invites you to relax and unwind.

Late arrivals: Should you arrive after midnight, the amount stated in the additional costs will be collected by the owner. The owner recommends to rent a car. This accommodation is not suitable for children or for persons with reduced mobility.
